- QuitGentle version and build number
- What you expected
- What happened instead
If Cloud Sync is involved, include screenshots of the Today screen’s Sync Status card
on each device if possible.

You can also use the structured GitHub support form when a report needs screenshots,
device details, or step-by-step bug context.
For privacy-specific questions, email
privacy@quitgentle.com. A GitHub account is
currently required to submit the structured support form.
Purchases and Restore Purchases
QuitGentle Premium is available as an optional upgrade in version 1.1. It unlocks
Weekly Quit Review, Advanced Pattern Insights, and Advanced Hotspot Insights while
the core logging, rescue, history, privacy, widget, and Apple Watch tools stay free.
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are managed by Apple through your App Store
account. The in-app Restore Purchases button asks Apple for a verified Premium
entitlement and will not unlock paid features unless StoreKit verifies the purchase.
If a purchase is canceled, QuitGentle keeps the free app available and should not
charge you. If something looks wrong, include your device model, iOS version,
QuitGentle version, and which product you tried to restore.
